2D animation

This is my final project, in which I worked as a producer organising the work and production times for a team of five people. In the pre-production phase I worked on the script, character design and storyboarding. In the production phase I worked on the animation (Layout, Blocking, intercutting, clean-Up), as well as on the rig of some characters that we animated in Cut-Out, colour, effects animation and compositing. I also worked on the final edit of the project. These are some shots 100% made by me, I hope you like them!
